By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with red-soles.co.uk you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. red-soles.co.uk retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be red-soles.co.uk or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party red-soles.co.uk is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of any TAX. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Credit terms may be offered by red-soles.co.uk and will clearly be stated on the invoice, failure to meet these payment terms may result in legal action being taken without prior notice and a reasonable charge may be made for interest on the outstanding amount and recovery costs.

Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law red-soles.co.uk and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. This does not affect red-soles.co.uk's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1 Order Cancellations Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from red-soles.co.uk, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of placing your order with red-soles.co.uk. If however your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.
2 Return or exchange an item If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for an alternative product if preferred. Products sold to businesses or trade customers, where the person purchasing is not the end user, will be non returnable nor refundable. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Please contact us for return details.
3 Faulty Item If the item you received is faulty, please contact red-soles.co.uk by email quoting your order/invoice number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
4 Receiving the wrong item If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact red-soles.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return within 48 hours of receiving your goods, and please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
5 Branded Items Items branded with your own company logo may not be returned unless faulty. Any faulty items will be replaced at no cost and all postage costs will be covered by red-soles.co.uk. No refunds are offered for branded items unless authorised by a representative of red-soles.co.uk in writing. Any imperfections, missing items or other problems must be reported within 48 hours from date and time of delivery, notification after this period will not be investigated or credited and will be at the discretion of red-soles.co.uk.
6 Missing Items Any missing items must be brought to the attention of red-soles.co.uk within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery, if this should fall over a weekend or bank holiday, then this will only apply to the next working day. Notification after this period will not be investigated or credited and will be at the discretion of red-soles.co.uk.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
FULL REPAIR SERVICES
Full Repair Services, We will do our best to restore your shoes and carry out the service to our best abilitlies. If in the unfortunate event of human error we take no liabilty to any damage that may occour during the repair. We will take full care when handling your shoes including shipping and packadging however we will not take any liability should the shoes get damaged during shipping. This may be disputed with the shipping company. Once we receive your shoes it takes 7 working days (from the date we receive your shoes) to conduct the repair and 3 - 5 working days to return by post, however we do have Express delivery service available if you need them any sooner which will speed up the return postage to 2 working days.
In the unlikely event of a mistaken service being applied to your shoes, we will offer you a partial or full refund depending on service applied. Under very special circumstances whereby soles are ruined and we are at fault, we will issue a full refund and a good will offer of £50 to cover an alternative service by a trusted sole replacement service.
*Note: when trying on items please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
