Delivery Service

Delivery
All products in our online store come with free delivery when you spend £30.00 or more, orders under £30.00 delivery is only £2.80. Your order will be picked and packed on the same day the order is received. Delivery will be made to your shipping address in 4 - 5 working days or less by Royal Mail if you select our standard delivery. If your order is required more urgently we offer an express service priced at £7.29 which will arrive in 48 hours (2 working days only)

When using our total repair service your shoes will be sent back via the Royal Mail Special delivery as it’s fully insured with you precious shoes up to the value of £500.00 this value can be increased please notify us of the value of your shoes should they exceed £500.00. This service will be fully trackable and we will email you the tracking details when they are dispatched to you. In the unlikely event your shoes are lost by the Royal Mail we may require proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, in order to make a claim.  The total repair services will take 7 working days from the date we receive your shoes to conduct the repair and either 3 - 5 working days or 2 working days to return by post based on the options you choose at the checkout.

Sending
When sending us your shoes please make sure you use a signed for service which is fully insured up to the value of your shoes. Red Soles can not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your shoes which happens whilst in transit to our premises. Once your shoes are received they will be signed and checked at our premises.
 
International Delivery
Our international delivery service is sent for by signed for airmail anywhere in the world for just £10.00. Our international service takes 3 - 10 working days and will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you provide an address where someone is available to sign, should you not be in this will be taken to your local postal service centre.
 

Please note:
It is the responsibility of Royal Mail if parcels go missing. We do not offer refunds for missing parcels as we will always have proof of postage. Please select ‘Tracked” if you want your parcel monitored.
